With more than 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of extrusion blow-moulding machines, Plastiblow is a leading Italian company specialising in fully electric solutions for the production of single- and multi-layer containers.
Founded in 1964, Plastiblow has built its reputation on technological innovation, engineering expertise, continuous development and close attention to customer needs. Its wide range of machines meets the requirements of different industrial sectors, producing bottles, canisters and technical containers in a variety of thermoplastic materials, with capacities of up to 30 litres.
Since 2001, Plastiblow has focused on all-electric technology, developing innovative solutions that deliver significant benefits in terms of energy efficiency, precision, repeatability, reduced maintenance and elimination of oil contamination.
In recent years, technological innovation has increasingly been combined with sustainability and the principles of the circular economy. Plastiblow's multi-layer coextrusion technologies enable the extensive use of post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials while maintaining the mechanical and aesthetic performance required for high-quality containers.
A further step in this evolution was presented at K 2025 in Düsseldorf with the new-generation PB26ED EVO. More than a simple update, the EVO range represents a comprehensive technological evolution, combining high performance, energy efficiency, ergonomics and operator comfort. Its innovative design simplifies access and daily operations, while advanced solutions for mould changes and machine status indication contribute to shorter setup times and improved productivity.
The EVO philosophy is progressively extending across the product range, with new models such as the PB18ED-900 EVO and PB6ED-480 EVO.
Today, Plastiblow combines technological expertise with a strong customer-oriented approach, supporting customers throughout the entire process – from container design and production layout to turnkey solutions, technical assistance, retrofits and training.
