Injection moulds

In the injection moulding process, the unpreformed material (rubber or silicone) is loaded in the injection moulding machine, heated and injected in a closed mould. Thanks to a bespoke injection system - comprizing the nozzle, main runners, secondary runners, gates and sprues - the material is distributed throughouts the cavities of the mould to form the desired component. These moulds are particularly suitable for high-volume production and parts with complex geometries.
